Skin will have little to no water supply if you are not drinking enough water. Proper hydration can keep your skin healthy.

Eat healthy food – The skin needs a lot of vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. If you have nutrient deficiency, your skin will not be healthy. So you need to observe a healthy diet.
